Hi
Can someone please tell me the difference between cut off & resonance in ‘Filter A’ and cut off & resonance in the ‘Filter control’
Now I know what they do but cannot understand why the duplication of inputs - Im obviously missing something, the manual didnt help much in clarifying
thanks
As far as I am aware, Filter Cutoff A corresponds to the two Oscillators in Part A of the synth, whereas the general Filter Cutoff refers to the whole of the sound merged together. This way, for example you can create patch that combines a low pass filter for section A with a high pass filter for section B. The general cutoff control then adds an extra dimension of control for the combined sound. Does this help?
Ah yes, thats very helpful
That would make sense now.
Ta very much Fella this has given me some head scratching of late
thanks:D
