Is there a way to link both amp envelope ( part A and Part B) so one can automate the release of both parts with just one amp envelope control?

I dont think so but you can copy and paste pretty quickly.
Yeah, in the menu you have the choice for example of, “cutoff a, cutoff b, or cutoff a/b” which the latter would be the linked one 
They have this choice for all the parameters. Enjoy!
