Sylenth1

Right so I can’t hang around for the group buy anylonger, so I’m taking the plunge and going for Sylenth1 tonight.

I’m running Ableton on a Windows 7 64bit PC, but i’m presuming I need to use the 32bit version of sylenth as Ableton is a 32bit host.

Can anyone confirm they are running that on a similar spec?

cheers

Hey Mate

Cant answer your question directly but if you email the dude on the Sylenth website he is pretty quick at answering emails and he will defo be able to give you that answer and if it dosent work would refund it too, if you let him know in advance, good guy.

got for it man, i gave up on the group buy last month as well, all i can say is sylenth is sooo danggg worth itttt, ive actually been satisfied with my sound design these days

yes you need the 32bit version. i had that exact problem! downloaded 64 bit version and it didnt work

cheers for the help guys

you can run ableton in 64bit can’t you ? then you would be able to use sylenth in 64bit, this usually means that you’ll gain better performance from your processor

As far as I’m aware there is only a 32bit version of ableton but if runs absolutly fine in 64bit windows. But you have to use 32bit plugins

Managing Samples !!! :o:O:O:O:O!!

excuse for that,

sylenth is a great tool. it would be nice to have sonic academy support us with a bunch of sylnth tech tips in one bundle. ( like what are nice power distortions to put on sub bass boom?! and eqs to get these sylenths sounding like an army.

bought this at the weekend, have to say i wish i’d done it sooner, it’s a fantastic sounding synth.
