added a quick tutorial to my youtube page after being asked by several members about making kicks with a standard synth. its nothing special but will give you an idea on how to get something going and tweak until you are happy

i have nothing against using sample (i do for most percussion) but if you know how to make the sounds you know the source and its easier to fit in the mix
hey jon, would you be able to expand on this tut and create a bassline that sits/sounds perfect with the kick? i hear so many tracks where the kick and bass sound like they were made with synth. do you know what i mean?
