Tech House Pitch Delay Effect?

Hi all:



Was looking for some help on how to emulate this particular effect used. Best heard between times 2:00-2:37 on the percussion and vocal. Some sort of delay/pitch effect.

Perhaps a re-pitch delay dry/wet effect. But unsure.

just sounds like a chopped vocal sample with simple delay & short delay time & small feedback %age, guesstimating around 50 ms. i think that’s pretty much it with the dry/wet & maybe the feedback knob being automated.
