Hi,
I’ve noticed that in Ableton, you often play an audio sample, and then you loop part of the sample to play straight after the entire sample has played through once, and the looped section of the sample plays back at the correct pitch - so effectively you create a sustained pad type sound out of the looped section of the sample - without the pitch and the timbre of the original sound changing.
How would i do this in Reason?
Because am i right in thinking that Ableton automatically keeps the looped section at the right pitch?
When i try this in Reason using the NNXT’s loop function - the pitch of the looped sound changes depending on how long the sampled section of audio is!
