jonsloan (31/03/2011)
This is destiny’s way of telling you that she’s right.
Sorry about the cost to fix it though.

If I am honest I know she is right, but the second hand price of cars is so low now, I look at what I would get for it and the amount it costs to run and it just doesn’t seem worth selling. Selling the bike is out of the question.
You must know my most loathed junction in the world then, the one right down Streatham Highroad by the church (before you get to Morrisons).
Coming from Tooting common and going south is like being in the middle of Mumbai for 15 seconds.
Sorry about the damage the scrotes did to you motor. Fkin hate that.
St Leonards Church, yeah it is horrible round there. We live the other end in Streatham Hill, we are about 5 mins walk from the North East corner of Tooting Common, some people round here call it “Balham borders” but I am not quite enough of a t wat to do that.
It is nice here, but you only need to go a few streets for it to change a lot. Most of London is like that though.
As for the car I have gaffa taped up the hole and I am over the initial pissed off feeling. The whole thing will be a bit of an inconvenience, but then I will on with my fairly nice life. I guess that isn’t how things are going to go for the guy that broke into my car.
I don’t take any pleasure from thinking that he is probably going to be pretty miserable most of his life, but it helps to put things in perspective.
slender (31/03/2011)
Sorry to here about that Ant but when I ever think of Tooting I think of this - way before a lot of peoples time here I suppose
