The Reverse Sweeps in Ableton Live 9 Beginner 2 Course

I’ve noticed that the reverse sweeps aren’t quite the correct length to fill 4 whole bars, so there is a little gap at the end. This actually sounds pretty cool in the way that dropping a final kick out can add drame.br
br
… but, it got me wondering how would I go about making the samples either line up to the end (as they always seem to snap to the front in arrangement view), or stretch it without the beat detection warp artifacts etc.br
br
Whats best practise in this circumstance?br

Think there’s a function in Ableton where you can change it so that it snaps the end of a clip or audio file to the grid? That’s your best bet.br
br
I use Reason, and i simply zoom right in and manually line the audio up so that it as close to the start of the new bar as i can get it.br
br
It’s always going to be so close when you are zoomed in this much, that you’ll never hear the difference even if it happens to be a few milliseconds our or whatever!

Yeah I can’t really hear it, then again I can’t hear much through these imac speakers
