Hey, I recently signed upto the website to use the free trance tutorials so I could get a basic feel with ableton live. I’ve installed quicktime to view them but its still saying “install missing plugins”. I am using firefox as my browser but Im not sure if thats the problem, any ideas? thanks.
didn’t know there are free trance tutorials, i could be wrong but i was under the impression that these are for paid subscription. don’t hold me to that though 
nope sorry i was wrong lol, you should get the first two videos for free. they worked fine for me and i am just running Firefox 3.5.5
Ye just for the two free ones then im going to subscribe after, Im confused to why it isn’t working, just says install missing file 
have you tried any other web browsers safari and Firefox are recommended but for some reason firefox is not working for you. just download safari and give it a shot mate.
after installing the quicktime browser plugin you will need to restart your browser / or computer!
