Hi All,
I have not long completed the Logic Pro Tutorial - How To Make Progressive Trance with Chris Angelli. Its great to have this kind of talent showing us exactly how its done, so cheers Sonic Academy!!! :w00t:
Anyway, this track is a direct result of the tutorial.
It is available for free download via sound cloud at:

Lol, no probs at all.
Sometimes its best to listen to them drunk, so cheers for the comment (at least your honest :P).
I am very new to this, so (hopefully) will improve with time…
Cheers,
Aron.
I think its decent for a first, shooda heard my first attempt at a track, absolute f’n garbage lol
Personally the one thing I really disliked about this track was the happy melody after the drop, I hate happy melodies lol So it is a personal thing.
Maybe try it again in a minor scale instead, just move the notes from the major scale notes the minor scale note equivalents…?

Cheers for the comment, its not quiet my first lol, I did enter the ‘I need a miracle remix contest’ with a rubbish attempt at a track, which was my first… at that point I didn’t know that ‘mixdown/mastering’ existed, or what it was… I knew nothing then :). Hence I took the Progressive Trance course to improve. With ‘the beginning’ I used the Finalizer 96 to master it which I’m now finding I can get better results with waves plug-ins… Its all an expensive learning curve lol :D.
For me, I love the happy (cheesy) uplifting melodies, but I must agree that it sounds much better in the minor key, more emotional… Cheers for the tip!
Aron.
