Started a request for a license transfer 8 days ago. Asked for some updates a few times already, and for the latest attempts, I didn’t even got a reply. This shouldn’t take more than 24/48 hours… “Please allow some time”, this is so frustrating.
Sorry if this is taking time, Licenses Transfers require some back end tasks to be performed on our servers.
As mentioned by support in their previous replies, you will receive an email to inform you once the license transfer has been done, it’s simply not possible for support to provide you with an ETA for this.
