Hi Johnny
try our apple browser route - www.sonicacademy.com/iphone
In other browser works fine.
thank you
I was just trying this on my galaxy note 2 phone. Even the iphone route doesn’t work.br
br
It seems that the site is probably doing user agent sniffing and not using flash if it detects iphone. Unfortunately it tries to use flash on my android phone which is no longer supported on recent devices.br
br
Any chance you could treat android as you treat ios please as I’d like to be able to watch videos on my phone. The unprotected videos like the first look at logic X work fine on my device.

yes you are correct about the agent sniffing for iphone, - however for the ipad its a javascript plugin for our player that does the sniffing. - i will see if it is compatible with android or if there is a way to edit the code
I tried spoofing the user agent in android firefox so that I was identified as an ipad. Unfortunately the player still tries to use flash both through the iphone and standard web sites.

i have found some code that i may be able to play with, but i don’t have an android here to test with. I am currently implementing a few new changes to the site but once i get that out of the way i will look at code changes for androidbr

Hi DanHbr
i have double checked this and our www.sonicacademy.com/iphone route does not use flash, so i’m unsure as to why your phone is trying to do so.br
br
i tested with a couple simulation websites and they didn’t seem to have any problems so im not sure what the issue is

Hi, just wondering if there are any updates on this yet as I also am unable to watch videos on my android tablet and having them on next to me simultaneously would be of great help. br
br
Thanks.
Same here. But I’m using a Galaxy S4
I know this isn’t the best fix but it looks like this browser will play flash videos in Androidbr

I don’t have anything Android so I can’t tell you if it works or not, good luck!
Hi Allbr
br
I can’t play videos on my Samsung phone (Galaxy Nexus) running Android 4.3. Jelly Bean.br
br
Browsers that don’t work:br
Chromebr
Firefoxbr
Dolphinbr
br
I’ve tried the standard website and the iPhone website for all of these as well.br
br
I have tried the app above that allows to convert to flash but no luck.br
br
Bryan would you have any more suggestions? Alternatively is there any way you could look into the code?br
br
Many thanks
