I bought the Ultimate Drums Complete Pack and it says that it contains 1700 one shots and legitimately not a single one of them work within my DAW and I’m a little about annoyed about it. The way it’s written says that it comes in AIFF and several other formats but none of the actual one shots are working. I’m pretty annoyed about this and I either want my money back or I want a voucher for the purchase price that I can spend in the store. Does anyone know what the customer service contact details are?
Hi, sometimes if the zip hasn’t fully downloaded it might corrupt the files.
Check that the file sizes of the samples are not all zero.
We haven’t had any issues reported from other users.
