Ultimate fx 2 bundle

I’m having problems with this pack I cant access the kits, riser, spot effects. in ableton live 9 there not showing up in the library here is a screen shot of what I see.

I also have a problem where I cant even delete the ufx2 folder from my hard drive

Can you do me a favour and extract the pack using
www.7zip.org

The windows extractor can sometimes cause problems with certain filenames
