Unable to watch videos

HI,
I get this message whenever I try to view a lesson.

Sorry

Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.

Please can you advise what I need to do to view lessons

  • If you’re receiving this specific error message, then please check your system and web browser settings

Too much restrictive settings in your web browser or Internet security software or anti-viruses can trigger this error.

You might want to try to use a different web browser as well as cleaning your Internet caches ( restarting both your Internet Router & Computer can help with this ) to check if that resolves the issue.

  • Bitdefender is particularly known for causing issue.

Regarding Bitdefender :

We use domain level privacy on our videos with Vimeo and it seems it is a known issue with Bitdefender not playing nice with that setting.

The only solution currently available is to add an exception in the anti tracking for our website.

  • Open your web browser.
  • Click the Anti-Tracker icon next to the search bar.
  • Click the settings icon in the upper-right corner.
  • If you are on the website you want to add to exceptions, click Add current website to the list.
