hey bro i’m sure kev or someone will be onto this for you, there are some issues when people are going from user to subscriber but they shouldn’t take to long to get sorted out for you. hopefully you’ll be watching videos before you know it.
you could try sending a pm direct to kev as i think he is usually the guy that sorts this side of things out.
