I have just paid for the gold pass and have noticed that my silver payment was collected on the 28/6/2013. So at the moment i have 2 subscriptions running at the same time. I have cancelled my silver subscription but will i get a rebate on the payment or will the overlap time be added at the end of the gold period. I have tried to contact customer service by email but the message keeps failing.br

what error are you getting on the email… are you sending to the right address? customerservice@sonicacademy.combr
They will be able to refund your money.
