Hey guys
New material from me available to listen to and comment on. I need to do a final mix and some mastering on it but would appreciate your comments on the track as a whole, the arrangement and so on before I crack into the final edit. Cheers all.

i like some of the elements and it has a good evolution but again this is another one with a little to much candy on top vibe about it. the emotion/sound is way to familiar to me to appreciate, i really liked the drums tho, your drum programming is always spot on for me also the sections that arent the main ‘chorus’ are quite interesting, this is just my personal opinion/taste tho, lots of people live for this kinda stuff, if it was a bit more moody/melanholic i’d probably be kissing your *** now
I’ve lost my moodiness I think. At least for now
I think it’s the wife’s love of trance that has tipped me over into more upbeat tones.
I’m working on a deep tech house track that’s just starting to take shape though.
yeah some of my recent stuff is a bit more upbeat too but yeah i dig your more ‘subtle’ stuff more
well you certainly couldn’t call this one subtle I’ll give you that.
I’ve tried doing more of that Steve Bug, Martin Landsky, Poker Flat kind of stuff cos i love listening to it but bit’s just not clicking for me yet. I’ll keep plugging away though.
i get that, yeah you wanna emulate stuff you like listening to, i’m kinda the same to an extent but really dont wanna be the next so and so i’d like to be my own man really, people go on about oh you need to have youre own sound or whatever or you need to sound as good as deadmau5 or something, i just think why not write lots of different sounding stuff and sound a bit like ‘everyone’ or noone picasso once said good artists copy but great artists steal, was always fond of that quote
anyway i like the fact that you are writing different styles of tracks, exploring is good
Anyone else got any thoughts on this track? All comment appreciated fellas.
there are some nice creative ideas in this track man, I like the panning of the leads, I think at some point you can bring them into the middle of the stereo field and maybe even cross them over and back again? all the elements work well together, decent production mate
ooh, that’s a nice idea I wouldn’t have thought of that. I’ll give it a go. Thanks!
