@ Slender - It’s just physics man. I’ll try and describe what he means.



You have a normal sine wave right, if you invert this, ie, make it go in the opposite direction, a reflection in the x-axis. They both cancel one another out as they are both equal and opposite- thus silence. However if you have a sine wave just slightly out of phase with the reflected one, or opposite as you use in the utility, you’ll get a smaller wave. This will be the frequency that you need to cut out with eqing.
