Verification problems

I just signed up monthly and recieved a verification email but when I click on it it does not verify anything. I cant log into the site, but for some odd reason I can log on to this forum. Please help, I paid money and now I want to learn! Thanks

I understand that you are having trouble logging into the site. Please be assured that we are working hard to fix this issue and will have you in and learning as soon as possible.



I take it that you’ve already received an email to re-set your password? If not, please wait for this coming in the next couple of hours. If you’ve received this email already then you’ll need to log in to www.sonicacademy.com with your username and new password. For the time being, you’ll need to log in to the forums and the main site separately. This is just temporary until we get a couple of new site teething problems ironed out.



In the mean time, browse around the site and watch the demos and the first video of any of our courses. You can also read through forum posts in any areas where you’re interested. Get to know the other forum members and bounce some ideas around.



Thanks for your patience and understanding. Be assured that we’re doing all we can and will have this all resolved very soon.

Thanks for the help so far, I still have not received a password change email but I will be waiting for it. I tried reseting my password last night through the main page but the page told me email was not registered.

The site says this when I try and reset my password:“Could not find an account associate with the provided email address”




also let me know if you need anything from the emails I got for RBS

Sorry for this brief set back. We hope you understand that taking a big step forward in rebuilding the website, may have some niggles to begin with. I’m pleased to say that we are progressing with smoothing these out.

still have not received an email about a new password, the site is not even recognizing my user name, and it never allowed me to verify my email

OK, I have done exactly what was asked of me and still, I don’t have access. Please either get my account to work today or refund me my money. Thank you

i can watch the videos or see the project files… i have an year subscribtion
