Anyone got any other suggestions in the 200 quid range - oh its for Traktor just in case 
Haven’t used one but if the build quality is up to the normal vestax mixer range then it will be cool 
It’s probably not an option as I looks like you need a mixer but the kontrol x1 is wicked and comes highly recommended by myself 
Heard something about vestax DJ controllers- cant remember what now… but it was something to do with compatibility… cant remember.
It was something to do with their drivers or something… that meant that it wasnt… dunno… I’ll try & find it.
It was on DJ Tech Tools site, on a comparison review with another controller. It wasnt that model - but another vestax unit.
Just if you are doing it in the near mean time mate… do all the usual google searches, PROBLEMS / COMPATIBILITY / BAD etc…

The only thing is there is no jog wheel or crosfade
You can hook up multiple midi controllers to traktor.
So… you can use that, and use the xfade & endless pots (they are endless arent they?) on the MPC.
AND you’ll look busier - Win/Win

So are you suggesting i get an xfade and use it with the apc40
Is there not an crossfader on the APC Mate?
You could get the other vestax thing & have both going into traktor at the same time.
I use the X1 for the eq’s / functions etc…
Have the Nocturn hooked up and use the xfader on it & the pots for the faders.
Also have th Channel h’phone cues set up on the nocturn buttons & pots.
Seems an awful lot of kit to mix two tunes together

Just mix with the channel faders 
Paul said he didnt have a penis Crossfader, so I offered the suggestion of the APC
He just plays mix CD’s - as long as its got a play button, he’s sorted :hehe:
