Hey guys so Im from australia and the internet is pretty bad compared to overseas, so on a good night videos will load and play smoothly other times I watch a minute and then I have to watch the video with it loading more every few seconds. I guess my question is, I notice alot of other sites if you press pause you can let the video load fully before you watch it, wondering why you guys dont have it set up like that would be much better?

Hi nathan
we have it set up at the minute as “streaming” which means you can skip to whatever part of the video you want without having to load the whole video first - which is called “progressive downloading”
we do have a system in place for those of you furthest from our cloud servers (generally in australia / new zealand) whereby you can progressively download from our european servers. this tends to help.

Bryan, I am having not the exact but a similar problem.
When I want to go to an earlier section of the videos, they would just freeze. I am not sure what the problem is, but it is quite frustrating. I need to go back and digest the information in some cases.
Can you please shed some light onto this issue.

Figured it out. I guess I need to not stop the video before rewinding it. THanks anyways : )

will check this out - might be an issue with the latest video player update
