Whenever I load a tutorial now the load/buffering of the video is extremely slow. As well, the screen starts to melt/bit from the top down as i progress further into the tutorial. I’m using Safari, and everything is up to date with my mac. br
br
Furthermore, I have tried loading videos from Viemo, Youtube, and other sources and it seems that only the Sonic Player is acting up. br
br
I attached a screen shot of what my player looks like and what I mean by melt/bit. br

Is anyone els having these troubles? br

I haven’t got the melting problem but the buffereing speeds are unbelievably slow especially when every other sites videos buffers fine. I thought it was just me.
I am having problems as well with the buffering:crazy:I am also getting a lot of unfocused bits , the auto bit-rate changes all the time as well.

we are currently playing about with the player to get the best viewing experience for you. Things “seem” to be running pretty smooth from our end now, can anyone that was having problems try the player again and let us know if everything is hunky dorybr
Currently watching the last few vids in Trance 2.0 and it’s buffering very slowly, I’m at work and have a very fast fibre line so cant imagine it’s a problem my end.

When you say buffering slowly, do you mean its stop / starting? or just loading slowly to begin with
stop / starting all the way through.
Yesterday the player wouldn’t even load up for me, but today, so far, it’s working quite well and there seems to be no problems!

hahaha, spoke too soon. The load time is still slightly too slow to play smoothly all the way threw, but my screen isn’t completely melting, there are just a few blocks of pixels either missing, or dwarfed. The pixels ‘acting up’ is a bigger concern for me because I can’t see what is happening in the tutorial at given times. Any idea what may be causing the pixels acting up, and if there is anything i could do to resolve it on my end (if possible).

The pixel issue is most likely an out of date flash player , can you check you have the most up to date version running , or try using a different browser ?
I was having trouble on my ipad again this weekend, the vids load so far then just won’t gobr
Any further, I refreshed them a few times too but no joy so just had to call it a day!br

Yeah, after updating my flash player the screen stops melting, thanks! But it’s still bloody slow 
Yeah it seems the longer videos in the newer courses are throwing up issues with our system.br

We are working hard to get a better provider in place ASAP that should sort it out and be much more compatible with all devices.

should have an update on all this for you very soon all being well!
So my download speed of the videos is still incredibly slow and I keep getting logged out automatically. Do the tutorials automatically log you out after like 10~ minutes of not touching the mouse? I can’t even use the service i paid foooorrrr, help! :ermm:
Are you trying to log in to the site on more than one device?
No, i only login from my computer, and have only logged in from this computer. I have my password on a ‘keychain’ within my web-browser so to be honest I don’t even know what my password is off by heart, haha.
