is there any other links to view these videos?

anyone…?

I’m having the same problems, only getting a quicktime icon showing up.

This has been the case for the last few months on my desktop computer. Got a new laptop last week and am having the same issues on that, i also installed firefox thinking that might solve the problem.

Sonic Academy is the only site i cannot view videos in.

Can someone please sort this out?

i alos keepgetting problemswith the vids,i.e deadmau5 and some of the house mafia ones. They were all working fine last week but this week some play some dont

Hi Damage,

I have checked through the vids today and they seem to be working fine. mail me your username to nik@sonicacademy.com and iwill check your account

thanks, nik

I had some problems viewing the videos on the downloaded courses and I think I may have figured it out. The folder names are too long for Windows and so trying to access the files inside, either via a web page or directly, seems to generate errors.

My fix, which I am still trying out, is to rename the folders extracted from the downloaded Zip archives with much shorter names; e.g. module_1, and this seems to allow it all to work.

As mentioned in the FAQ, I needed to get 7-Zip to extract the files since windows couldn’t do it.

Keiran

still cant view videos…

anyone else have any luck?

you need to update the codecs for quicktime, when i’ve downloaded my files i open them up in media player. Quicktime needs to register the file type. These are aac files, try doing a google search for quicktime codes for aac files, once you download these all should be well. I hope this helps

damage are u still having problems with this?

dude its gotten worst, its says page not found and think 404 error or something… really dont know what to do now…

if you are getting 404 errors the only possible problem i could think of is that your browser has cached the old webpages.

if you log in to your account from someone elses computer does it work ok?

if so then im guessing a simple emptying of the browser cache would sort you out.

hey dude

one of my friends that deal with internet etc managed to help me out, i have to connect through a proxy and bla bla bla

the joys of south african internet

anyway im glad everything is working just sucks i missed out on a good couple months worth of stuff on this site
