A couple of the videos are not working on the site. I emailed support two days ago with no answer. Any help? I have the latest quicktime. I get a 404 message error when I try to open up the video in another window.

i have checked all the videos in question and they are all working fine!
have you tried emptying you browser cache and reloading the page?

I unloaded the cache and still no luck. Im going into the subsciber videos section and trying to access them through that. Some of the other videos work for me though. Any ideas?
