UPDATE: This was in chrome on mac, all latest versions, seems to work in FireFox. Must be something 'bout my browser!
someone needs to answer this question. I have the same problem. I can get my videos, although none of them have sound. The ones from YouTube do but the encrypted ones don’t. the ones i paid for.
