Video's not working on my account

I am full paying member of SA and have been for some time. I have logged into my account today and it is telling me that I have to subscribe again as if I’m not even a member. My payments have been going through fine though. Can you please help me really want to see the new mastering tut.

My account still shows as registered member but not subscribed member. All payments are on bank statements. Whats going on?
