Hey everyone,
Does anyone regualry, or have good working knowledge of recording vinyl to wav/mp3?
I know there’s a whole host of programs to record straight to hard drive but can anyone recommend any to get the best quality out of the original vinyl recording? Anything particular to get rid of/minimize hisses and pops etc? Heard Bias Peak comes with good reviews.
If anyone can run me through their standard procedure that would be great.

I don’t know what is best practice but this is how i recorded some tracks i couldn’t find on downloads 
first i tried out my three 1200’s to find out which one is most consistent in tempo.
Recorded it with total recorder and then when needed remove some hisses and crackles…
