does anyone else have issues with them?
They can take there services n shove the up their bloody arse holes! :pinch:
Yep, used to have their broadband when it was Telewest and NTL, then once it moved over to Virgin the service was aweful.
Cost £1.50 to call tech support when the broadband line would go down and the retards on the other end knew as much about computers, routers and connection as Gordon Brown knows in juggling whilst riding a unicycle.
I’d tell them the problem and everything i’ve done to check it’s nothing on my end, but was infact a line issue, and i’ll tell them i worked their job but for BT before so i know what i’m talking about, yet everytime they still persisted to follow the script and make me RE-DO everything i’ve already done on the phone then around half hour to 45 mins later FINALLY doing what I asked them to do in the first place.
The line went down too many times and i got fed up with speaking to monkeys at the other end and having to pay for the ‘service’, that i moved to O2.
Never had an issue since.
Although we’ve just moved to Talk Talk a month ago, so hopefully it will be ok.
Would never ever go back with Virgin Media.
Stay away from Bulldog too. Bunch of useless c***s too
Is that for internet, cell phone, or landline phone?
They do internet, landline and cable tv.
We get loads off people complaining about Virgin at work - awfull customer service lines go down and the speed they claim is never acheived
Lke roben I am on 02, unlimited download and I mean unlimited customer service free too phone and I just renewd and get first 3 months free and if I topup my mobile £10 a quarter I get £5 off my broadband - so basically I pay £90 a year

well i’ve been on the phone to them for 3 hours trying to get my internet fixed… 6 month its taken for them to even admit there is an issue… I know more them thoses monkys that pick up the phone! so annoying! rip off c**ts! charge me £50 bucks a month for a sub standard service that dosent even work most of the time and ****e TV.
I’m going back to sky - was with them for years before with no issues other then being on hold for ages…
I can live with that as the same service is only £20 a month!
Oh how I could go to virgin HQ and kick the living **** out of them right now!! ARGH
Now I’ve gotta wait till monday for a call back from the “broadband specialist” some other nob jocky who wont be able to help, and who they could have got to call me 6 months ago when the issue started!
ARGHHHH!!!

In the interest of fairness… I use Virgin and have never had a problem, reliable fast internet all the way through.

I’m on a 20meg package fiber optic, they do 50 but I’m not paying for that!
Yeah I had 20 meg a few years back when I lived in Spain.
Downgraded it in the end as, at the end of the day got now real need for that amount of bandwidth. Not on a regular basis anyway.
