What is it your trying to do man is it the panned vox ?
i think if your trying to get the overall vocal down just buy a pair of really really tight trousers and …job done

next time wrote somethin useful…don’t waste ur time.
what bit of the song? there are a few different fx going on.
first bit sounds like delay with a bandpass filter… verses sound really comressed with a bit of tube drive and some delays.
there is some autotune (natch) in there as well.
