just like to know what is the best way to take a sound off one of my vsts and sample it into simpler
Easy peasy - take the sound you want, ie a synth, route the output to a blank audio track then set ableton to record. Hit record on the track you want, play the notes you like (or the midi clip) and it’ll record it as audio for you. You can then open a simpler and drag and drop the clip in.
