Warping vocal loops and samples tutorial?

Love to see a tech tip maybe on how you guys at SA go about warping your vocal samples and loops if there is already a video on this feel free to point me in the right direction. Just looking to see if you guys have a particular method that you have found to be best.

thanks

Tutorial 1 in tech disco has my method for timing vocals

i watched the video just wondering how that method would work if you changed the tempo though Im producing a track a hard dance track at 150 and the samples im wanting to use are alot slower then that? also if Im using a one shot vocal sample how do i go about warping that one sample one of the samples just says infected? do you just set warp markers at the start and end point of the one shot sample, sorry for so many questions im fine with general warping and warping a capellas when i have the original song just abit confused when it comes to samples

thanks for your help

Its the same method for slower samples too… tap the bpm along to the slower sample… then once you know the bmp of the slow sample make it into a loop.

then speed it up to your new faster tempo… try all the different timestretch modes to see what works best.

for the infected sample split the syllables in your head in - fec - ted then put a warp marker at the start of each syllable. then just move them to the beats that sound the best.

ok thanks for your help
