This “whirry” Synth from the Electro/Glitch tutorials on Sonic…What exactly is the purpose that it serves? What tracks and songs in Electrohouse feature a whirry or whir synth? And are there any other types of names that the synth is referred to?br

I noticed the Whir synth from the Sonic Ableton Electrohouse (ala fedde le grand) tutorials and from Sonics Glitch-step tutorials, I dont see any other ppl referring to a synth in EDM as whirry or whir, Ive completed both the Glitch and Electrohouse (FLG) tutorials, I created the synth as shown but I dont understand the purpose or hear it any songs that Im aware of.br
