I need to find an alternate instrument ( that is built into Live 8 Suite) becasue i do not have 200 dollars to spend on VSTs. Can you please help me ? :w00t: :w00t: :hehe:
operator & analogue are your 2 synths in Ableton suite. you can actually create a LOT of great sounds using operator & analogue.
if you are already a subscriber… you should check out these videos for Ableton.
they explain exactly what you need. You should be able to get similar sounds from Vanguard no problem.

The synth is 70 Euro at the moment, 200 Euro is for the synth and all the expansion packs. If you have Operator it is capable of making the same type of sound, but it will take a bit more work. Refx seem to be tranced to the max out of the box
Take a look at some of the Operator presets in
Instruments - Instrument Rack - Synth Lead -
Look at Lead Euro (Arp)for example. You can open up the instrument group to see what they have done.

much agreed. nexus has some of the easiest trance presets out of the box.
vanguard is a good synth for trance though. so is sylenth for the correct sounds.
but operator & analoge if you don’t have anything else!
