Cooked from scratch for the win.

We should take a photo of our Dinner & upload it! LOL

My Din is turning into a disaster. The Missus has just spilled a load of Oven Cleaner on the Floor Tiles.

Eh, whats that?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Whack!

Lasagne tonight… Mama Mia!

All cooked from scratch - The Meat Sauce has been cooking down for the last 2 1/2 Hrs.

Thank F*** I’m not working, otherwise I’d be eating Prawn Ring again.

Bah we know its one off those scrumpcious lasagne from your new gf’s shop :stuck_out_tongue:

BTW I always cook my meat sauce the day before

As for me a spicy chiken miso and noodle soup with seaweed

LOL - Yeah… Its a Sauce out of her Jar!

Deffo Man - The longer that sauce stays fermenting the better.

Usually I make double (Kerry has a voracious appetite… :)) -  enough for 2 Dinners & freeze half. Has the same effect. Pretty handy to have there. Same for Pizza - I’ve the tomato sauce divided into portions in the freezer ready to go. Yawn - SO boring! :hehe:

Theres enough in tonights for Lunch tomorrow. Now that, reheated - is superb. Same with a Tomato based stew! LOL

Never organised enough to do it day before - but I’m guessing that would be beautiful.
