it sounds like to the oddity to me but it chords… not monophonic… :S
bumpety bumpety bump, wheres my crunk?!
I am guessing all that Electro synth is just 2 saw waves detuned and distorted . also i think there is lot of portamento on the keys. IMO
hmm its quite a recognizable synth. its more obvious in the main break. jupiter?
well dude, you can use any polyphonic synth to get that sound, but it sounds very very characteristic of a Juno 60. Very warm with some nice gritty overtones. Its possible that it could be a Jupiter 8 or Jupiter family as well, but the Juno was a better selling synth, had a better price point, and many more were sold.
thanks howie ill try em out

Hey dude, you dont have to go buy the synth, you know! If you have Reaktor, there is an emulation for the Juno on there that would do the trick. But if you were gonna get a hardware synth, I would rock the **** out of a Juno. They sound amazing. Plus, Roland gear has this grit to their oscillator tones. Out of this world.

Could be, but Roland gear will all sound similar. They all use similar parts in each synth they make. So although the Jupiter is a different synth all together then the Juno, they will have somewhat of a similar sound and a different feature set.
If you have Reaktor, they say that the free ensemble that emulates the Juno 60 is so close to the real thing.
