really i advice u man for macbook pro its the best for making music and if u dont have money for the laptop all is the same but u need to chose a one wiht a speed pross and hte ram

we use apple imacs, mac books and mac book pros in sonic to deliver all of our training…
at a beginner’s level the mac book will certainly do a good job for you and gives you enought processing power and RAM to make music.
macs are more stable than pcs and generally give you less hassle (vista anyone?)
