I have a Macbook Pro and I’m running Ableton. When I download Kick 2 and try to install it, it says “installation complete,” but then it won’t show up anywhere and Ableton can’t find it even after rescanning. When I then click on the license it says there is no application for it. I’ve tried reinstalling it a couple times, but to no avail 
Have you had any issues installing any other plugins?
Are you using an external Hd for your os or does your Os hard drive have a any non standard characters?
Do you have a vst custom folder enabled in ableton?
I have the same problem. I don’t use an external hd.
