Why is everyone getting rid of their APC40

All of a sudden there is a huge increase of people selling their akai APC40 on ebay and online retailers say they are out of stock.

I’m just wondering if anyone has some inside information about this? is it because NAMM is coming up and they are going to release some new version and everyone is unloading what they have so they can buy the latest tech available ?

Or am I just completely paranoid and out of my mind?

I want to buy an one but not sure if I should drop 200+ when I could possibly be getting something that’s why better but not available for another month

Maybe people need cash, or maybe akai is about to release the new MPC Studio

Music Production Controller.

:smooooth:

I own an apc40 and while it may be a nice gimmick and a good digital mixer, I rarely use it. Automation FTW.

ok…care to elaborate a little more. I really have not seen any bad comments about the APC40…seems to be the opposite really

I usually never purchased or follow the Hype . especially when i own a MIDI keyboard with knobs and Drum Pads.

i think it may be that people realized that is just the same as buying a Cheaper and more useful MIDI Keyboard heheh

because mostly of those retards dont no how to use it!

i had my APC40 about 1 year now and and i think its great. I use it in studio when i producing music and also when i DJ i (recorded 2 sets on APC40).

check out my sets on APC 40
