Wishes for kick 3!

Please add full 360deg phase rotation for the sub. Kick2 has strong competition now from Audija KickDrum 2 and they have implemented an advanced version of this, although for Kick2 it would be enough to have just basic rotation. It’s common practice in a lot of genres now that have overlapping kick and bass, to optimise the phase relationship between them for a better low end. At the moment, we have to rely of third party plugins like Voxengo PHA-979, to rotate the phase of the kick and since it uses a linear phase algorithm, it induces a lot of latency, which isn’t ideal.

How about some kind of envelope for the harmonics?

Might be interesting to be able to introduce the extra harmonics only for the initial portion and flatten out to pure sine for the tail.

You can either use Harmonics Curves Presets for the sub or design your own curves and save them as User Harmonic Curves Presets.

Click in the setting wheel to edit the Harmonic Curve ( you can modify Gain, ratio & Decay ) and once you’re happy with the result you can SAVE AS your curve presets and recall it later from your User Presets.

I have just tested the demo and have a few questions/suggestions:

  1. Why is the EQ and effects, for example, always reset during an analysis/import?

  2. The font is difficult to read! Only if you enlarge the plugin a lot.

  3. I miss the quick access to distortion and drive, which are important effects that many people ‘always’ use.

  4. A ‘1-click import’ would be nice, currently you have to press two buttons after dragging in the sample.

Cheers!

Congratulations on the release of Kick 3. I understand its just been release but can we get a way to scan all the kicks in every facet of the main catagories into one window that can be selected by genres or other types of search that isnt solely based upon the catagory selected at the top. I.e Factory, DLC & User. Just a good old tag system that lists a style you can assign. Loved the upgrades guy <3

Yep, a “tag” system and a “favourites” system would be really nice.
