Been away for a few weeks as my wife has just had a baby, now baby is sleeping better during the day so i decided it was time to come back on to the forum and continue with my moderation. only to find that not only has my mod status and rights been removed but also i am now only a registered user and unable to view any of the videos. I was promised (still have the emails) a years subscription for being part of the user council and then told that i would be given unlimited access with no end period for being a moderator as a kind of payment. when my wife had the baby i did the decent thing and sent phil an email saying that i wouldn’t be able to mod the forum for the next few weeks but would be back on asap. to which i was told “congratulations and don’t worry about the site mate, it will be there when you get back” only to find that they actually just took everything away. at least i had the decency to email first. Not that im that ***** bothered!!! after all how many times can you watch the same **** regurgitated time after time with little to no change, empty promises about crap that never really gets delivered and tutorials that don’t have any real impact on your learning.
whats next for SA anyway Rebuilt house, empty house, slightly techier house ?
I’ve had a great time here but it’s time to move on when people treat you like this, I know SA is a business but at the end of the day with out myself, howard, egg2 and even roben in the early days stopping the up roar on the forums this would have never lasted as long as it has. talk about shoot yourself in the foot.
anyway i’ve recently been given full access to groove3 and would highly recommend that you stop wasting money here and get over there if you actually want to learn something other than “how to re-paint your house”

Wow, i’m stunned, actually speechless with everything, including what you’ve wrote. I’m sure it’s just been a mistake Jon, perhaps privately having talked to Phil before posting this would have been the better option.
I hope everything sorts out and you don’t leave, you’re one of the originals like me, egg2 and Howie, i’d hate to see you or anyone else drift off away from what we’ve built up as a team over the years.
SA wouldn’t be who they are today if it wasn’t for the support and feedback we’ve given them and I know they know that, and i’m 100% sure they really value you Jon for all your input over the years and your excellent work as a mod.
over the last few days i’ve pm’d and emailed all the people that i could to ask about this and check its not a **** up and not had one single reply
