Its called a suit. They are all made to make even Chris Farley look like he has abs of steel.

yeah, birthday suit

no its not a suit… its very possible. my brother weight trains. its all to do with diet and routine. with the personal trainers these stars have at hand its very “easy” for them to pack on the muscle with a concentrated regime.

hahahaha… no.

You clearly don’t know much about weight training and nutrition buddy

I’ve been weight training for 6 months now and i’ve had some incredible muscle gains and fat loss. Not as great as christian bale did, but i didnt have the strict diet he was on or trained for 5 days a week like he probably did.

Don’t forget that Will Smith had to do something similar for his role in Ali.

oh and the cast of Sparticus had to do a month bootcamp to get their shape…

Guys, you can clearly see in the photo that its a suit! Look, theres a zipper and everything :stuck_out_tongue:

Well… Only if Animal Farm is No.1.

We wont be offended then ;)
hahahaha i can’t believe you posted that, i was going to write that earlier but thought ‘best not’ haha
there was no film called Animal Farm  that was simply the name given to the video by the people passing it around. it was several short films spliced together. the originals came from films recorded by the color climax company. this company at the time also recorded films including underage girls, transgenders and extreme genital mutilation as well as many others!! all now classed as “classic” by collectors today. the main reason they are not seen as being sick, disgusting is because to many these were original new and fresh ideas that other people were not putting to film.

There was an urban myth that the woman in the scene with the Horse died but that was apparently “not true” according to one of the producers, although it was later documented that she never appeared in any more films after “Animal Farm”

btw i’m not some serial pervert, there was a few recent documentaries on channel 4 that covered things like this and also the search for snuff.

THANK YOU!!!

And yes. I never said that it was impossible. NEVER. However, I know for a fact that it IS a suit. I heard an interview with Jon Favreau, who is the director of Ironman and Ironman 2. He said SPECIFICALLY in the interview that with Ironman AND Batman, they used suits. In the interview, they said something about how long did it take to get RDJ in shape for the movie, and he was like, its all suits anymore. then he goes, you think Christian Bale has that good of a body?

And, I know alot about diet, exercise, and weight training. I have lost alot of weight in the last year. I dont want to get specific, because I dont care to let people in on my personal life or whatever. But, abs are the toughest to build up. Thats for damn sure.

True abs are hard as f*ck to build up!

But this isn’t a suit.

I remember christian bale being interviewed and he was talking about his strict diet and training.

You only need to use google and you’ll find lot of information to his work out.

So in a nutshell… it wasn’t a suit.

just because he was on a strict diet doesnt mean that those are his abs and muscles. yeah, he had to lose weight for the part and get in more shape, but it is common knowledge in hollywood that anymore, those suits have muscles built in to make the superhero look more muscular. In older movies like the Hulk, Lou Ferrigno played the hulk and hollywood had to cast bodybuilders, because the technology wasnt up to par for the times. Obviously they wanted realism. Today, any retard can play a superhero thanks to tech. Given they can act.

But I would like to see the article. Please pass it on. I think it would be an amazing read.

im lost… lol
