Well by law they have to send the key even if it was an erroir on their part as in consumer law it could be seen as an act of fraud to sell and advertise somethinng on the net which they tend not to supply unless under special circumstances like lack of stock due to unforseen circumstances.
I would wait till Monday and email them - if no responce phone Consumer Direct on 0845 404 0506 - who in turn may contact Trading Standards
