holy **** batman!!! i just opened the folder expecting one or two small videos and was extremely shocked wow guys you’ve upped the game this month.

what with the dub step, progressive house and now the compression and absorbers videos this website is now seriously giving two big middle fingers up to the other “tutorial sites” on the web.

Ha!

And not $6000 either!

yeah we kinda just wanted to get compressors done. its an extremely hard thing to explain tbh.

we all realised we actually didnt know why we where using compressors in the way we where. we studied a lot on this one to try and give the simplest explanation of what they do.

I love compression… its so fundamental to good mixing.

we plan to do the same type of thing with reverb, mixing, synthesis and mastering over the next few months

LOL great minds think alike

How many absorbers do I need to make? Just 1? Fill the room with them? Or do I need to cover the whole house in them? The mrs would not be happy!
