Main Room House Part 2?

I can’t find this in the vids section ?

Hey Bobby,

They’re actually combined into one single tutorial. So if you go to the original (Part 1), you’ll see they’ve been added to the list.

HTH.

Thanks . . . so is tutorial 19 the last one ?

From watching the vid, it implies that there is more to follow. . .

Will be at last one more part with the arragement, fx etc

The last part will have sweeps risers breakdowns mixing and mastering… Will drop over the weekend. Blame the snow!!

Phil… Great job on this one. From what I have noticed so far in all tutorials you hardly use any compression. Can somebody fill me in when to use and not to use compression?

are files and ressources of part 2 also added and downloadable?

yeah resources for the following parts would be much appreciated ! great stuff indeed!

Phil ? are u gonna add those ? thanks.

I think it’s time for part 3…

I can’t wait for part 3. How long are we looking?

Part 3 is up, but it’s a disappointment. Looks like the new policy is to drag the tutorials out… I wonder how many parts this one will have…:frowning:

part 3 is up ! resources !!! pleeeassse !!

new riff is great. Awesome work Phil.

Yes, fantastic work Phil. The new main riff works very well

Really diggin’ this new tutorial series, Phil! Definitely tops of the list of favorite vids.

One thing I noticed is that there’s mention of the “next video” showing how to work delays onto the vocal track (it’s mentioned at the end of video 28), but for some reason it’s skipped-over altogether.

Are there plans to add that video in at some point (towards the end of the series, maybe), or is it already there and I’m just not seeing it?

Keep it up… this one f’ing rocks!

Yeah for this one I’ve been trying as much as poss to show the actual process of how o make a choon… So while it’s not as neat and possibly a bit random in places I hope it gives a better idea of what’s actually going on. Sorry if I’ve said I’m going to do A and end up doing Z it’s just what’s catching my ear and needs to be worked on.

With previous tuts I’ve felt a bit under pressure just to get them out which sacrifices the quality… I’m extremely happy with the directions this ones going and think it gives a better more honest impression of what’s involved in making tunes. I’ve been trying to put out at least am hour a week of content which has been rough there… And I want the priority for this one to be a 100% finished project that could get signed as opposed to be a “this is how to kina make this style”. So I Know it’s a bit drawn out but hopefully it will all pay off.

I upload the midi of typical avicii build up based on sampled conga that i made & maybe could be fine for the tutorial to introduce your conga with delay after the break

I totally understand where you’re coming from. I have to say, PLEASE keep doing what you’re doing. I truly appreciate the work that has gone into this tutorial… and I’m sure I’m not alone when I say, “take your time!”… I’d rather it take longer and feel more “complete”.

Looking forward to the next part.

Phil,

Really enjoying this one and your second stab and riff combo is a real cracker. That Piano House lead sound takes me back to the good old days when pretty much all the good Dance House had that vibe! I second all the other comments here about part 3 as I have a project in urgent need of your magic skills and guidance for the final tweaks! Before you go away for Christmas maybe? ;);)

Hello

Sorry for my english, i’m french and i don’t “speak” english very well

I think a video is missing; in the mini build (video 28) ,and in the last version of the track, the mini buil is not the same: there is a vocal loop (with pitch up i think) in more

How can we do this effect on the vocal??

Do you think there will be a video in a few days??

thanks
