The One (06/06/2010)
Hi all!

My name is Maxime aka The One from France.

I’m glad that I subsribed to this site. ;)
welcome to the forums!

Hello Hello.

New to SA.

I’ve been following the videos & forums for a couple weeks now.

I’m really enjoying the community.

A little background info on me:

I have been playing guitar for like 10 years and bass guitar for like 15 years. I am a singer as well. I have been singing since I was 10. I also work with my younger brother who plays keyboard and guitar. Together we are making a duo of producers. I’m a computer programmer by nature and I make websites / applications for a living.

My brother & I have been learning to produce the past few months and we are slowly starting to get the hang of producing. Currently we are using Cubase 5 but I am also looking into Ableton Live as an alternative thing to learn.

Looking forward to being an integral part of the SA community.

Just a Hi and hope i can help and join in with the members sometimes.

Hi Folks!

Sébastien

Welcome Man!

Hey guys!

My name is Dale Cox (Cloudkicker), I’ve been a rave & club DJ here in Denver, Colorado for about 10 years (Trance, Breaks, Electro & Progressive). Kinda burnt out on DJ’ing, did it, done it… still love it, but… I don’t have the same feeling that I had 10 years ago. I remember driving home from work and eagerly waiting to jump on the tables to mix some beats like my decks where lovers I’ve been missing all day (lol).

I still have the love of the music in my veins and I’m ready to start making music - I’m really digging these tutorials and am really learning a lot. I want to say thank you to everyone at Sonic Academy, I have a new drive in my love of dance music.

I just purchased Ableton 8 - getting ready to buy Sylenth1!

Thank you, you guys rock.

Dale aka Cloudkicker

(Digging the ‘Music Theory’ tutorials, btw)

Hey Folks!

As the topic says… HELLO!

Just signed up for Sonic Academy today after one of my close friends reccommending i did. I have been DJ’ing professionally for 5 years across the UK however, i am now getting into the production side of music, using Ableton Live Intro (may look to upgrade if i get the hangs of it).

You can find my latest mixes over at Stream HOUSEJAK music | Listen to songs, albums, playlists for free on SoundCloud
