Lol Phil never realised that i suppose thats why its called RADIOman haha
Nice find…
Its an awesome tune tho, ive heard it in clubs too when the bass comes in with the filter cutoff back down it sounds sooooo fat would love to know how to get a bass sounding like that…
What would also be awesome to learn that you hear in a lot of tech house is how to write and produce stab riffs that complement the bassline. Also i have to share a link with one of my all time favourite tracks, one of the few tracks in all of dance music that actually has a message which is 100% true in it...
about the Style of Tech House , i would love to learn how to make the percussion as the lead line. this track is very simple but seems that is super effective together with the bass line and Groove . we had many tutorials where we used many Melodic elements to build a track but i think we need something more simple and experimental like this track .
this track has been in the Tech House Chart for almost a month . really simple !!
Im not a huge fan of tech house but i think everyone would love to learn how to recreate those interesting percussion lines in almost every tech house tune…i also like how some tunes change it up a bit and add some vocal cuts along with their percussion and that deep bass
Here are some tunes i like
(i like the buildup on this one ) ^
Deep Bass ^
I don’t know if you’ll consider these tech house but im pretty sure they are

I think tech house is very broad in styles… Im feeling a progression from tne more minimal drum sounds of like dubfire stuff to more chunky housey groove.
I think thats probably the more current vibe… Althought its quite similar to the drums off the disco tech tutorial.
These guys are a couple of my favourite producers at the moment. Most of their tracks are more prog but this one ticks the right boxes. Great use of percussion to build and work the groove and some pin point modulation of FX and OSCs to work the energy.

Saw them last night at playhouse. They played a lot of great tech house. And yes, I agree they are solid producers. And although they are not straight tech house, having a tutorial on one of their tracks would be amazing
I don’t know about anyone else but I would love to see a tutorial on the kind of stuff in the videos I’ve posted
It seems to be getting harder to tell what genre everything is these days, even Beatport seem to struggle sometimes.
I think it’s just that producers are borrowing sounds and ideas from a lot of different places, which leads to a lot of cross over between the various different styles.
At the end of the day tho a good tune is a good tune regardless of what genre it’s been catagorised as.
