this is all really pi$$ing me off… u heard guettas track with rihanna, whos that chick… the phukin thing sounds amazing… so much stereo info going on, so wide… i solo’d the stereo of the track and checked it in a spectrum analyzer… the dudes got so much sub going on in the STEREO and it still sounds great when the whole tracks mono’s
ffs… hows he doing this man… this is all so phukin frustratin trying to get a track upto these standards…

No news we didn’t already know about then haha :).
There are a few plug in’s that do a similar job to bx, izotope ozone for example.
Be careful when you’re using a stereo widener though, because if you apply too much, your mono sounds ie: kick / bass will start to get taken into the stereo and then you’ll encounter problems.
